I'm actively investing in small bay industrial, which continues to be my favorite asset class. Alongside my partner Shea Lewis, I'm helping build Industrial IQ, where we provide comprehensive analysis and insights for small bay warehouse markets.

    Most of my time goes toward underwriting, acquiring, and improving industrial properties, with a focus on long-term durability and operational simplicity.

    With nearly $930B in CRE loans maturing in 2026 and a real rising tide of defaults, the opportunity to acquire distressed properties from banks is the most interesting it's been in years.

    Shea and I also host Industrial IQ bootcamps, where we work closely with operators and investors. Our most recent bootcamp was held in September 2025, and we continue refining the curriculum based on what's actually working in today's market.
