Hi, I'm Saul Zenkevicius.

While my main focus is investing in commercial properties, I am also passionate about helping others get a foot in the door in the industry.

My Story

13 years ago, I founded Z Equity Group. 9 years ago, I began my journey in Commercial Real Estate.

Over my career, I’ve:

  • Built a 9-digit portfolio
  • Invested in 1.2M square feet
  • Completed 200 transactions as a principal and
    2,000 real estate transactions as a broker

All of which has led me to where I am today. I've written about that full CRE journey if you want the details.

Life

But that is not all I’ve been up to in the last 20 years.

  1. When away from my office, my time is split between my 3 wonderful children and wife.

  2. As well as racing across the globe to complete triathlons and iron mans. (So far I have checked off New Zealand and Lima with a few more left on the list)

I write about what this looks like in practice each year: the balance, the tradeoffs, and what keeps the engine running.
