My name is Saul Zenkevicius. I live in Chicago, Illinois.
My Story
20 years ago, I started in real estate.
7 years ago, I began my journey in Commercial Real Estate and founded Z Equity Group.
Over my career, I’ve:
- Built a $100M+ portfolio
- Invested in 1.2M square feet
- Completed 200 transactions as a principal
- And 2,000 real estate transactions as a broker
All of which has led me to where I am today.
While my main focus is investing in commercial properties.
I am also passionate about helping others get a foot in the door in the industry.
But that is not all I’ve been up to in the last 20 years.
When away from my office, my time is split between my 3 wonderful children and wife.
As well as racing across the globe to complete triathlons and iron mans.
(So far I have checked off New Zealand and Lima with a few more left on the list)
