Work & Investing

I’m actively investing in small bay industrial, which continues to be my favorite asset class. Most of my time goes toward underwriting, acquiring, and improving industrial properties, with a focus on long-term durability and operational simplicity.

Alongside my partner Shea Lewis, I’m helping build Industrial IQ, where we provide comprehensive analysis and insights for small bay warehouse markets. 

Shea and I also host Industrial IQ bootcamps, where we work closely with operators and investors. Our most recent bootcamp was held in September 2025, and we continue refining the curriculum based on what’s actually working in today’s market.

Writing & Sharing

I write regularly about what I’m learning and the mistakes worth sharing. Recent topics include:

• Why removing obstacles matters more than setting goals

Life

Outside of work, I love traveling with my family. We prioritize experiences and time together, and travel has become an important way for us to slow down, reset, and see things from a different angle. Read about our trip to Italy here.
